Philadelphia bestaat uit twee zusterstichtingen. Philadelphia Foundation for Orphans in Distress is de Namibische stichting; het daadwerkelijke project. De Nederlandse zusterstichting Philadelphia Namibië, stichting voor weeskinderen in nood ondersteunt het werk in Namibië.
